Looking ForThe Alternative Energy Product Manager (PM) is the
champion responsible for leadership of assigned products throughout
the product lifecycle. The PM understands, influences and supports
internal and external customers and stakeholders. The Product
Manager may lead several product lines.What You Will Do
- Product Strategy and Execution: Develops, articulates and
executes product strategy & roadmap, collaborates with account
management and marketing teams to ensure alignment to launch a
range of products.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Leads and executes all stages of
the product lifecycle, including business case development and
global/regional product launches.
- Technical and Application Experts: Provide application support
for assigned products including technical collateral, Product
Collateral, and Account Management Tools Training.
- Competitor Analysis: Leads competitor analysis activity
including product Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, Market
sizing and share, and Pricing.
- Business and Operations Planning: Pricing, S&OP
Forecasting, Inventory Management and provide cost inputs into
Manufacturing Strategy.
- Customer Needs: Acts as a trusted advisor to understand and
address the customer's needs and inquiries.What You Will Bring
- Required Degree: Undergraduate degree in either engineering,
business administration, finance or marketing
- Years of Experience: 4-6 years
- Systems Experience: Microsoft Suite (Excel), Oracle Business
Objects, and Powersteering
- Travels globally 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier
