TechnicianLocation West Allis, WI A Day in the Life You start your
shift by reviewing build paperwork, schematics, and blueprints for
the day’s assemblies. You gather parts, verify tooling, and begin
precise electro-mechanical builds—routing wires, torqueing
fasteners, and soldering to IPC standards where required.
Mid-shift, you perform in-process checks with measuring devices,
validate continuity, and document results. Before wrap-up, you
complete final inspection, support kitting or packaging, and update
records so the next build runs just as smoothly. Open Opportunities

Placement is based on experience and strengths; responsibilities
will differ by position. Schedule & Pay 1st Shift: Monday–Friday,
6:30 AM–3:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
Compensation: $18–$23 per hour, dependent on role and experience

Perform electrical and/or mechanical assembly to spec Interpret and
follow work instructions, schematics, and blueprints Complete
soldering and rework to IPC criteria, where applicable Use hand
tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices Inspect and
test assemblies during build and at final Assist with wire harness
assembly, wire processing, kitting, and packaging Adhere to
documented quality, safety, and process standards About You
Dependable, detail-driven, and quality-focused Comfortable in a
structured, process-oriented setting Team-first mindset with
preference for stable schedules Background in electrical assembly,
wiring, soldering, or manufacturing (level-dependent) Able to
follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation
Education & Physical High School Diploma or equivalent
Standing/sitting, manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 lbs (varies by
role), ability to accurately identify color Technical Proficiencies
Electrical schematics Soldering Electrical/electronic systems
Conduit pulling Tape measure reading Electrical Metallic Tubing
(EMT) Industrial electrical experience Mechanical assembly skills
Blueprint reading
