Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
position based in Elgin, IL, supporting elementary school students.
The role offers a flexible, school-hours schedule with the ability
to manage your caseload across 1-2 school sites, primarily focusing
on elementary grade students. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech
and language therapy services to a maximum caseload of 35-40
students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators, families,
and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain
accurate documentation and participate in student evaluations.
Attend orientation and ongoing professional development sessions.
Adhere to school policies and comply with district and state
regulations. Qualifications: Valid SLP certification with ASHA CCC
or SLP CFY acceptable. Experience or training in school-based
speech language pathology preferred. Ability to work flexible hours
aligned with the school day. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills. Willingness to provide therapy primarily to elementary-aged
students. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; supervision is
