Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Franklin, WI, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide essential support to students throughout the
academic year on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity
to make a meaningful impact on students communication development
in a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: -
Assess, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language
therapy to students across grade levels K-12. - Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other school professionals to develop and
implement effective treatment plans. - Monitor student progress and
maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and
regulatory standards. - Participate in team meetings, IEP
development, and school events related to student speech-language
needs. - Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to the school
setting to address a variety of speech and language disorders.
Qualifications: - Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with
a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). - Experience
working within school settings, demonstrating familiarity with
educational requirements and K-12 student development. - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with
students, families, and staff. - Ability to work independently
while collaborating closely with school teams. - Flexibility and
adaptability to manage a caseload throughout the contract school
