Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to join their team for the current school year on a contract
basis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic
educational environment dedicated to supporting student
communication and language development. Key Responsibilities: -
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language,
and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through
12th grade. - Develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other
professionals. - Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans
accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes. - Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records in compliance with school policies and
regulatory requirements. - Participate in team meetings and
contribute to multidisciplinary planning and intervention
strategies. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid Certificate of
Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). -
Experience working as an SLP within a school setting, preferably
with K-12 students. - Strong knowledge of speech and language
development, disorders, and intervention techniques. - Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate
with students, families, and staff. - Ability to adapt services to
meet the diverse needs of the student population. Location: Oak
