Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, onsite role
is seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to
support K-12 students across a dynamic school setting in
Naperville, IL. The contract position runs for the current school
year and offers a meaningful opportunity to impact student outcomes
through applied behavior analysis and individualized intervention
strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior
assessments and develop behavior intervention plans tailored to
individual student needs. Collaborate with teachers, families, and
other professionals to implement and monitor behavioral support
strategies. Provide ongoing training and consultation to school
staff to enhance behavior management practices. Collect and analyze
data to measure progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all aspects
of behavior support. Qualifications: Valid Illinois BCBA License.
Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois. Experience working
with K-12 student populations. Strong knowledge of applied behavior
analysis and effective classroom behavior management techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Location:
Naperville, Illinois onsite position supporting a K-12 school.
