Your tasks will include ensuring the proper setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete for projects such as curbs, gutters, flatwork. Effective communication with the crew and close coordination with managers and sub-contractors will be essential for ensuring efficient project execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead concrete crews on-site Finish concrete flatwork (interior/exterior) with a high level of skill Read and interpret blueprints Set forms, frame, and set grades for pitch and drainage Coordinate daily work plans and timelines Operate skid steer and mini excavator as needed Ensure safety and quality standards are met on every job Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Willingness to travel as needed Reliable transportation and ability to work 8 hours/day Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties and ensure safe, accurate completion of work.
