ideal candidate will have expertise in bridge, retaining wall, and
box culvert design. This role plays a key role across JT's
municipal, transportation, and site development groups. Visit our

Job Responsibilities Set goals, monitoring, and implementing short
and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business plan
Manage scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual
obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the
entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project
delivery Lead and mentoring colleagues on transportation related
projects Develop and maintaining client and stakeholder
relationships Communicate effectively internally and externally
Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining
staff Adhere to internal Quality Control processes to ensure
accuracy and compliance. Job Requirements A Bachelor of Science
Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university 8 years
of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects A
Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Wisconsin or
ability to obtain PE A valid driver's license and reliable
transportation to worksites, meetings with clients, and attend
conferences To be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e.,
without time limitations, restrictions, or need for work
sponsorship) in the country where this position is located To
occasionally travel out-of-town and overnight for professional
