Job Description Job Description Empire Home Remodeling – Milwaukee, WI Window Installation Apprentice Program About the Role Empire Home Remodeling is looking for a motivated Window Installation Apprentice to join our growing installation team. This is a hands?on role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and taking pride in high?quality craftsmanship. You’ll work directly under experienced installers, gaining the knowledge and training needed to become a lead installer over time. What You’ll Do Assist lead installers with residential window installations, removals, and replacements Load, unload, and stage materials and tools for daily jobs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Learn proper installation techniques, measurement skills, and product knowledge Follow company safety standards and jobsite procedures Provide respectful, professional communication with homeowners Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure job completion What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and ability to take direction Comfort with ladders, hand tools, and physical labor Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50 lbs Some prior construction or carpentry experience is required What We Offer Paid, hands?on training with experienced installers Opportunities for advancement into Lead Installer roles Consistent, year?round work Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience Schedule Full?time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
