Job Description:
Koch Foods, a leader in the U.S. poultry processing industry, is
looking for a Maintenance Clerk to join our Facilities &
Maintenance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all
maintenance operations are streamlined and documented effectively
within our various facilities. The Maintenance Clerk will support
our maintenance management by handling all administrative tasks
related to maintenance operations, including maintaining records,
scheduling repairs, and managing inventory. This position is ideal
for someone who thrives in an industrious setting and is keen on
enhancing operational efficiency. Maintain and update maintenance
records and inventory logs. Coordinate and schedule repair,
maintenance tasks, and inspections. Assist in the procurement of
maintenance supplies and inventory control. Support compliance with
all safety and regulatory requirements. Process work orders and
ensure clear communication between maintenance teams and other
departments. Compile reports on maintenance activities and costs,
aiding in budget preparation. Proficiency in database management
and documentation. Strong organizational and planning skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience
with maintenance management software. Certified Administrative
Professional (CAP) is desirable but not mandatory.
