Job DescriptionDo you like to create a strategy that drives results? Do you enjoy executing your strategy and bringing it to life? If you answer yes, then you could be our next marketing communications manager!----We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead our growing marketing department. This role owns the process of marketing from soup-to-nuts and aligns with our sales department in order to build mutually beneficial--campaigns and marketing programs.--Key Responsibilities:--

  • Team Management: Manage marketing department and oversee delegation and layout of the team. Edit work and coach to maintain a high level of content created.--
  • Full Cycle--Strategy: Own the marketing communications strategy for our company---s brand and product lines from ideation to execution and reporting.--
  • Market Intelligence: Know our competitors and how we fit into the market and competitive landscape. Know our customers, how they buy and why they buy to create meaningful marketing programs that attract and convert our prospects and maintain relationships with our customers. Be the expert in our products and know how they meet customer needs.--
    • Content Management: Build, execute, and evolve our content strategy, including but not limited to blogs, videos, social media, print, and digital advertisement design, public relations, ebooks/white papers, case studies, emails, newsletters, and more.--
    • Support Built-In: Be a leader for our main brand message and successfully translate this through all marketing efforts and communications.--
    • Lead Generation: Routinely identify new ways to garner more quality leads and drive change for the current methodology--
    • Marketing Automation: Manage the marketing automation platform, building successful workflows that nurture prospects and customers along with the buying--and service--cycle.--
      • Sales Alignment: Be the marketing advocate for the sales team, aligning the departments and creating sales materials needed for our representatives in the field. Understand and support our sales team and train them on best practices to use marketing materials to solve customer problems.--
      • Change Management: Drive changes to our product and our process, in and out of the marketing department.--Routinely identify new ways to grow--different areas of our business.----
      • Customer Success: Manage and evolve the customer follow-up program to turn our customers into delighted promoters of the brand.--
      • Branding: Support branding efforts and coordination of all branded materials and giveaways.--
      • Trade Show Management: Manage the trade show experience from start to finish, acting as a coordinator for all travel, show services, and marketing needs while also driving more lead capture during the show. You---ll be responsible for the look and execution of our trade show booths.--
        • Reporting: Report on the sales funnel and outcomes of campaigns. Evaluate status and success on a weekly basis.--
        • Manage and grow the lead funnel.----Qualifications:--
          • Bachelor---s degree in related field and 2 years of B2B marketing experience--
          • Experience in marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) preferred--
            • Strong writing and storytelling skills--
            • Packaging industry or machinery industry experience a plus, but not necessary--
            • Management experience preferred--
            • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-changing, evolving environment--
            • Strong analytical and strategic skills, including the ability to drive change and converse with the sales team--
              • Persuasive: Ability to translate ideas and be an advocate for them to multiple stakeholders--
