RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet clients warmly, both in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications to ensure smooth operations. Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records. Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide outstanding customer service and proactively follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
