About the Position: The Associate, Business and Strategic modeling, will support senior leadership in the coordination and tracking of Performance Trust’s strategic oversight program. This individual will have strong data mining and analytical skills to support the facilitation of strategic opportunity submissions, marketplace analysis, competitor analysis and financial analysis. This role sits at the intersection of governance, analytics, and execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically curious, and comfortable working across functions and with senior leadership to ensure the firm’s strategic programs and analytics are managed effectively. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following: Act as the coordinator for the Strategic Decision-Making Counsel, owning the scheduling and preparation of materials for each session as well as maintaining meeting agendas, minutes, pre-read materials, and follow-up action trackers. Align with leadership to continuously evolve and refine the program, aligning insights and ensuring each opportunity is captured with required fields (rationale, proforma, risk considerations, decision owner, approval path, timelines). Develop and support competitive landscape analysis by gathering and organizing relevant external and internal data (market, peer, and product-level information), formatting in simple and easy to use tools and reports Develop and maintain interactive and intuitive reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.) that will track strategic initiatives, highlight performance against targets and identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for follow-up by the counsel. Build strong working relationships with members of the strategic counsel members and Leadership Team members. Support the CEO, CFO and strategic counsel on financial analysis and data modeling on an ad hoc and circumstantial basis. Requirements We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in an analytical, operations, consulting, or risk/compliance-oriented role (financial services experience preferred, but not strictly required). Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort with datasets, metrics, and trends. Comfortable taking the initiative and working independently Strong professional presence Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation Strong Microsoft office suite skill set Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to summarize complex discussions and decisions into structured, consumable documentation. Demonstrated ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn the business and its products. Candidates must be eligible to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship. This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
