What We Offer Generous PTO so you can fully recharge A genuine commitment to work-life balance A collaborative, supportive culture where your contributions matter Exposure to a diverse client base What You’ll Do Lead and execute audit engagements, primarily for nonprofit organizations Mentor, and develop audit staff and interns Review workpapers and ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and Uniform Guidance Prepare and review nonprofit financial statements Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients Contribute to a positive, team-oriented audit environment What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of public accounting audit experience Nonprofit audit experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills CPA or CPA-eligible preferred A professional who values quality, teamwork, and balance
