Job Description Job Description 3 month contract for a Entry Financial Analyst role with a leading financial client in the West Loop Chicago, IL area. APPLY NOW! Title: Entry Financial Analyst Location: Chicago, IL near west loop Workplace type: Hybrid- 2 days onsite//Monday and Tuesday (M-F, 40 hour work wee 9-5) Type: Contract Pay: $23-24.77 MAX/hour on w2 IV type:1 round virtual IV (1 hour) Length: 3 months Timeline: submissions close 11/5 Screenings: no tech, full panel drug and background once hired optional benefits and 401K Must haves: • Minimum 1 year of loan servicing or financial operations experience • Must possess strong computer skills • Previous banking experience • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in finance/business is a plus). • have working knowledge of IBS (Metavante) and ACBS loan system or other comparable loan applications • Ability to interpret and understand loan documentation, such as credit agreements and promissory notes. • Experience setting up and maintaining customer, facility, and loan data in financial systems. • Ability to perform system maintenance tasks, including rate changes, payment instructions, and regulatory updates. Nice to Have: • Previous Financial industry experience • Previous experience using ticketing systems Line of Business: Loan Operations Team What does the LOB do?: closes, analyzes, books and services small to mid- size commercial and consumer loans. Reason the role is open? Temporary assignment due to employees out on Short term disability What project will this contractor be working on? This individual will be helping with updating the system reporting codes and maintenance items. Who Will the Candidate Be Working with on a Daily Basis? - direct hiring manager & 1 UP - other team leads - entire bank / LOB for Bank USA loan portfolio. How many years of experience? 1-2 years or related experience Job Description: •The Booking Analyst is expected to be the subject matter expert on loan system requirements for entering and servicing customer, commitment and loan information. Responsibilities include: • Interpreting and understanding loan documents such as note or credit agreements for new, renewed and modified loans. • Setup customer, facility and loan information in the loan system for new or existing deals. • Perform system maintenance related to quality control corrections and subsequent client requests (rate-changes, payment instructions, various regulatory codes, etc.) • Research and respond to internal and client related loan inquiries • Miscellaneous task related to other department initiatives.
