Job Description Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and passionate about solving problems? Join our team as a Collections Specialist , where you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, resolving billing issues, and ensuring financial accuracy across departments. What You’ll Be Doing Manage assigned customer accounts, ranging from medium to complex, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances. Run and format daily reports using internal systems to monitor account status and productivity. Maintain and update account balance spreadsheets with customized reporting metrics. Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Collaborate with billing and operations departments to investigate invoice errors and implement corrective actions. Document all account activity in financial systems for transparency and management review. What You Bring Strong communication skills, especially via email and phone. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data entry. Experience in collections , invoicing , or logistics is a plus. Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred. A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
